1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use QuizHype. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload, post, or share any content that is infringing, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription, billed via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
• Prices and features for subscription plans are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused periods unless required by law.

All content, features, and functionality in the Service — including software, designs, logos, text, and graphics — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

We strive to keep QuizHype available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without liability.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizHype LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuizHype LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version and revising the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
